We talk to our friends more casually then we would our
family and our family more relaxed then a possible employer. With our friends
our verbal communication is informal not using proper grammar or manners. With our
parents our aural communication is lacking we choice not to listen or hear what
they are saying the majority of the time but we are still respectful. With future
employers we have more non-verbal communication such as nodding and shaking
hand. Our verbal is very polite and professional.
When talking to my mentor I will need to first actively
listening to what she is saying and the different communication skills she is
using so I can communicate effectively and appropriately.
